Eradication of malnutrition in school children by providing them with fortified milk under NDDB Foundation for Nutrition’s (NFN’s) ‘GiftMilk’ Scheme.
We are dedicated to creating a positive impact in the communities we serve. In line with this commitment, we are proud to support the NDDB Foundation for Nutrition (NFN) in their mission to combat malnutrition among government school children. Through our CSR support, NFN has been able to supply fortified, flavored, toned pasteurized milk to over 5,800 children across 40 schools in the Anand district of Gujarat.
These school children, many of whom are girls, come from economically disadvantaged background. By providing nutritious milk, we aim to give them the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach her full potential, and our partnership with NFN is a step toward making this vision a reality. Together, we are working to help eradicate malnutrition among children.
Promotion of Sanitation
Constructed a public toilet block on land allocated by the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC). The facility is open for public use and is maintained by IDMC to ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep. To further promote hygiene and safeguard the premises, We have also built a compound wall around the toilet block, helping to maintain a clean environment and prevent the entry of stray animals.
Supporting Accessible Healthcare for All
As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, IDMC is proud to support Charutar Arogya Mandal in Karamsad an organization dedicated to delivering quality healthcare to underprivileged and vulnerable sections of society through its NABH-accredited hospital. Many of the patients treated there come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and cannot afford essential medical care. To address this challenge, the hospital waives registration and consultation fees for general ward patients and provides substantial concessions on treatment costs for those living below the poverty line. Our contribution has assisted in the procurement of vital medical equipment, enabling the organization to continue its important work in serving the community.
We believe that access to quality healthcare is a basic right, not a privilege. We are proud to stand alongside Charutar Arogya Mandal in their mission to extend medical assistance to those who need it most. Guided by our values, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that create a healthier, more equitable future for all.
Promoting Healthcare and Environment Safety
Actively supported community health and environmental sustainability. We contributed to the Vithal Udyognagar Industries Association’s blood donation drive at our units, reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of the community and supporting essential healthcare services.
Environmental Sustainability
IDMC supported the NFN Go‑Green Manure Management Project by facilitating the installation of over 110 small biogas plants in Sandheli village, Thasra taluka, Kheda district, Gujarat thereby promoting renewable energy use, effective waste management, and sustained socio‑environmental benefits for rural households.
